Privacy Policy

The short version

RestArt Pilates collects the minimum information needed to run the site and process payments. We don't sell your data, and we don't run tracking advertising. Curriculum unlock status is stored only in your own browser, not on a server.

What we collect

Depending on how you use the site:

• Payment information. When you unlock the full curriculum, payment is processed by Stripe. RestArt Pilates does not see or store your card details — Stripe handles that directly under its own privacy policy.
• Email, if you give it to us. If you email hello@rest-art-pilates.com, or choose to leave your email address after the free technique micro-audit, we keep that email so we can reply to you or follow up. This is optional — the micro-audit itself works without it.
• Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider (Netlify) and payment processor (Stripe) may log standard technical information such as IP address and browser type for security and fraud-prevention purposes.

What we don't do

• We don't run third-party advertising trackers or sell your information to anyone.
• We don't require an account or password to use the free curriculum preview or the micro-audit.
• Your curriculum unlock status is stored locally in your browser (via localStorage), not in a central database tied to your identity.

Cookies and local storage

We use your browser's local storage to remember whether you've unlocked the full curriculum on that device. This isn't a tracking cookie — it doesn't follow you across other sites, and clearing your browser data will reset it (you can always re-verify your purchase by contacting us).

Third parties

We use a small number of external services to run the site: Stripe (payments), Netlify (hosting), and ImprovMX (email forwarding for hello@rest-art-pilates.com). Each operates under its own privacy policy and only receives the information it needs to do its job.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete any email address we hold for you at any time by emailing hello@rest-art-pilates.com. If you have a Stripe payment record with us, Stripe retains that independently for tax and fraud-prevention purposes, per Stripe's own policies.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
