Refund Policy

All sales are final

The full curriculum unlock is a one-time purchase of digital content (A$27.90, subject to change) that grants instant access. Because access is instant and the content is digital, we don't offer refunds once the unlock has been purchased and delivered — the same approach most instant-access digital products use.

Before you buy, you can preview a substantial part of the curriculum for free, so you know exactly what you're getting. If you're unsure, take the free micro-audit or browse the free preview exercises first.

Exceptions

We'll always make it right if something went wrong on our end. If you were charged but never received access, were charged more than once for the same purchase, or hit a genuine technical fault that prevented you from unlocking the curriculum, contact us and we'll fix it — including a refund if that's the right outcome.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing issue, please contact us first at hello@rest-art-pilates.com — we'd rather resolve it directly than have you go through your card provider, and it's usually faster.

Consumer law

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer guarantee or right you're entitled to under the law that applies where you live, including Australian Consumer Law where applicable.
