Agreement

By using rest-art-pilates.com ("the site") or purchasing the RestArt Pilates curriculum, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What you're getting

RestArt Pilates is educational content: written and cued reformer Pilates exercises intended to help self-directed learners and instructor trainees deepen their technique. A free preview of the curriculum is available at no cost; the full 54-exercise curriculum is available for a one-time payment as described on the Unlock page.

This is not personal training, physical therapy, or medical advice, and it is not a substitute for in-person certification, supervision, or a qualified instructor. See the safety notice below.

Payment and access

The full curriculum is unlocked with a single one-time payment (currently A$27.90, subject to change) processed securely by Stripe. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Once unlocked on a device, access is stored in that browser's local storage — see our Privacy Policy for details, and our Refund Policy for what happens if something goes wrong with access or payment.

Your use of the content

The curriculum is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use — including using it to train yourself toward instructor readiness. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, or scrape the content, in whole or in part, without our written permission.

Safety notice

Reformer Pilates involves physical movement and equipment that can cause injury if performed incorrectly or without appropriate supervision. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise program, especially if you have an existing injury, condition, or are new to reformer equipment. RestArt Pilates and its content are provided for educational purposes only and do not replace in-person instruction, certification, or medical guidance.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The site and curriculum are provided "as is." While every cue is fact-checked against source material (see our Proof page for the process), we make no guarantee that the content is error-free or suited to every individual's circumstances. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RestArt Pilates is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from use of the site or curriculum.

Changes

We may update these terms, the curriculum, or pricing from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless local consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
